DIXIELAND RHYTHM BOYS
Hot Dixieland and swing music played on banjo, guitar, tuba, and trumpet. The band can include a tap dance act and a Charleston dance.

TRAIL MIX - Country Music A dynamic country and western band that includes country, bluegrass, western swing and rockabilly. The band is available with a square dance caller, and features a spirited clog dance act.

Square Dance Caller I call square dances, line dances, and can teach a bit of clogging too. When I call for a family group I usually do some rope tricks and then show the children how to twirl their own cowboy ropes.

CEILI COUNTRY - Irish & American music
Ceili Country is a great band for Irish American affairs. When performing in a concert setting, they include step dancing and storytelling as part of the show. Instruments include: tenor banjo, mandolin, guitar, bagpipes, bass, bodhran, harmonica and pennywhistle.

BAGPIPES & DRUMS
In full regalia for Irish and Scottish affairs. I play both the Great Highland Bagpipes ( a loud instrument for outdoors ) and the Scottish Border Pipes ( a medium voiced instrument for indoors ). My repertoire includes both Scottish and Irish tunes.

ITALIAN TRIO
Richard's clear tenor voice and soulful mandolin playing are great for Italian American affairs. He is usually accompanied by a guitarist, bass player or accordian player.

WORLD MUSIC BAND
For an international theme this band plays guitar, Italian mandolin, Puerto Rican quatro, ukulele, banjo, Australian didgeridoo, Scottish and Spanish bagpipes, African talking drum, djembe drums, bones and harmonica.

STROLLING BANJO PLAYER
Richard is an experienced strolling banjo player. He is personable, has a strong tenor voice, and is great at involving the audience in the music. He is available in either a Dixieland or country western costume.

UKULELE PLAYER I play both Soprano and Tenor ukulele. My repetoire includes: 1920's tunes, Beatles, Hawaiian, and Swing Tunes.

MUSIC LESSONS ON SKYPE
I also teach all the instruments I play either from my home in Montclair, NJ or on Skype. They include: tenor banjo, guitar, mandolin, five string banjo, ukulele, harmonica, tenor guitar, balalaika, didgeridoo, bodhran, bones and concertina.
